Our sales team will first prepare an offer tailored to your company and based on the number of licenses and topics required. Once the order is confirmed, the responsible persons at the company can simply enter their employees' data (first name, last name, and email address) into a provided Excel template that is fully compliant with data protection regulations. We’ll then set up the registered users in the portal for the desired start date. Each participant automatically receives their personal login details via email. The instruction period begins on the desired start date. The training courses assigned to the participants will be reactivated on a yearly basis. This reassignment always takes place exactly one year after the completion date of the previous instruction. Before the start of the next instruction period, the company administrators also receive a reminder email.
