Online instructions in occupational health and safety must be completed at least once a year in accordance with Section 12 (1) of the German Occupational Safety and Health Act and Section 4 (1) of the supplementary DGUV Regulation 1.
In addition, young employees under the age of 18 must be instructed at least every six months in accordance with Section 29 of the Youth Employment Protection Act.
