In addition, there is a comprehension check in the form of an automated knowledge test at the end of each chapter. The only thing that online instructions cannot cover is the personal induction in the specific workplace. The employer must therefore provide a qualified person to give workplace-specific explanations and supplementary directions and to answer any questions the participants may have. This is especially true when practical training in specific work processes and behaviors is required.
