A license means that an employee can complete a single instruction within the instruction period. This means that one license is required per instruction and employees.
For example:
You want to instruct 20 employees on two topics. This requires 40 licenses. In addition, you want to instruct five employees on another topic. This requires five additional licenses. In total, you need 45 licenses.
However, the licenses are not tied to specific topics and can in principle be used for any instruction. Employees can also access the instructions at any time during the instruction period.
