When assigning an instruction to a participant, a licence is deducted from the licence balance.
If the assigned instruction is no longer required, it can be withdrawn by deleting the course. Also, when the account of the affected participant is deleted, the assigned instruction is deleted at the same time, too.
If the instruction had not yet been started at the time of cancellation and had been assigned for less than 30 days, the used licence will automatically be credited back to the licence balance. It is therefore available for a new course assignment.
However, if the instruction has already been started or has been assigned for more than 30 days, the used licence is considered to have been used up definitely. Unfortunately, a used licence cannot be credited back to the licence balance.
